Open Positions
Full-Stack Developer
We're looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help build and scale the UBOSS platform. You'll work on everything from the React front-end to the Node.js/Next.js back-end, database design with Prisma, and real-time features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Strong experience with Node.js and REST APIs
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and ORMs (Prisma preferred)
- Understanding of authentication, security, and deployment
- Bonus: Experience with Electron, React Native, or VoIP/SIP
Sales Representative
Help us bring UBOSS to more South African businesses. You'll identify prospects, demonstrate the platform, and close deals with repair shops, retailers, and service businesses across the country.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans or Zulu a plus)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
- Understanding of the South African SME market
Customer Success Manager
Be the voice of UBOSS to our customers. You'll onboard new businesses, provide training, handle support queries, and ensure every customer gets maximum value from the platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer support, account management, or customer success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software quickly
- Experience with small business operations is a strong advantage
