Our Story

UBOSS was born out of a simple observation: small and medium businesses in South Africa were struggling with disconnected tools, paper-based processes, and expensive software that didn't fit their needs. Repair shops were tracking jobs on paper. Retailers were managing stock with spreadsheets. Service businesses were losing track of customers and invoices.

We set out to build something different — a single, affordable platform that brings everything together. UBOSS (Unlimited Business Operations Service Solutions) was designed from day one to solve the real, everyday problems faced by businesses on the ground in South Africa.

Who We Are

UBOSS is developed and distributed by Unlimited IT Solutions, a technology company based in Ramsgate, on the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. We've been serving businesses in the region with IT services, connectivity, and software solutions, and UBOSS is the culmination of years of experience understanding what local businesses truly need.

Our team is small but passionate. We believe that great software doesn't need to come from Silicon Valley — it can be built right here in South Africa, designed specifically for the local market, with local support and understanding of the unique challenges businesses face.
