Getting Started

New to UBOSS? Here's how to get up and running quickly.

1. Sign Up & Log In

Create your account at app.uboss.co.za and get a 14-day free trial. No credit card needed. Your workspace is created automatically with your business details.

  • Register your business name, email, and choose a password
  • Invite team members from Settings > Users
  • Set up your company logo, address, and banking details for invoices

2. Install the Apps

UBOSS works in any browser, but native apps give you VoIP calling, push notifications, and offline access.

  • Windows: Download from Downloads and run the installer
  • Android: Download the APK and enable "Install from unknown sources"
  • Browser: Just visit app.uboss.co.za — works on any device

3. Add Your Data

Import existing data or start adding manually. UBOSS supports CSV imports for bulk data.

  • Import customers, inventory, and suppliers from CSV files
  • Add products to your inventory with pricing, categories, and barcodes
  • Configure your invoice template with logo, banking, and tax details

4. Set Up Communication

Configure VoIP calling, push-to-talk channels, and WhatsApp delivery for a fully connected team.

  • Enter your SIP provider credentials in Settings > VoIP for phone calling
  • Create push-to-talk channels for departments or teams
  • Enable push notifications for real-time job, chat, and callout alerts
